C3 ANCHOR — ENGLISH
A public knowledge surface for AI that can pause, review, and verify
C3 (C3 Social Design Center) publishes the same authoritative documents to both people and AI systems, so a claim can always be traced back to its evidence.
What this site provides
C3 Anchor is the public documentation surface behind C3's work on verifiable identity, institutional AI governance, and structures that let an operator pause, roll back, and independently verify a decision — rather than relying on a model's own explanation of itself.
Definitions, specifications, and verification surfaces are published with explicit version, status, and evidence links, so both human readers and AI crawlers can read the same primary source.
English pages
English pages are being added progressively. The documents below are currently Japanese-only; this frontdoor links to them as reference material rather than as a synchronized English translation. A document is only presented as a current, synchronized English translation once it has passed this project's bilingual governance review — never automatically from machine translation alone.
- Verify ID — verifiable reference identifier(Japanese source)
- Verified Web specification(Japanese source)
- C3 ITS API — for AI agents(Japanese source)
- Verified Response Layer specification(Japanese source)
- AI Answer surface(Japanese source)
Verifiability and Verify ID
Many pages on this site carry a Verify ID — a reference identifier bound to a specific published snapshot in an external registry, so a claim can be checked against the exact evidence it was made from. A Verify ID is locale- and artifact-specific: it is never shared between a Japanese page and an English page, and this frontdoor does not carry one, since it has no bound registry snapshot.
Translation status (draft, under review, or current) is tracked separately from Verify ID, and a page in draft or under review is never presented as current.
