First, organize what needs to be checked

For one workflow, organize the work you want to delegate to AI, the conditions under which delegation is acceptable, the conditions that must stop or return to a person, and how settled those rules are. If the rules are unsettled or only partly settled, the suggested route is Control Design Review. If the rules are fixed and already implemented, the suggested route is Control Condition Gap Check.

The initial check is designed to take about 30 minutes. The free stage does not require an Excel sheet or a detailed inspection matrix. The response is normally kept to two pages or less, and unresolved conditions are returned as items to decide rather than being guessed. An inquiry does not automatically become a paid engagement.
